Hatolna Standard Return Policy

Hatolna stands behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. Hatolna will always do our best to take care of our all valuable customers – hatolna.com ideology is to treat you fairly and reasonably; Hatolna hopes you will be fair with Hatolna as well.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from any online store and ship the product that you purchased from abroad from USA to Egypt is Damaged /Defective/Wrong then you may return the merchandise. To be eligible for a full refund, make sure the merchandise must be returned in a re-saleable condition. That means your item that you buy it from any website or your favorite brand must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item that you buy it from the online store must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories, labels and “free gifts” or bonus items within 5 days from the date of receiving your order that you purchased online.

Important notes:

  1.  In case you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product that you shopped online, then Hatolna requests you to share a snapshot and video (if required/requested) at crm@hatolna.com mentioning your order number of the item you bought it from abroad.
  2.  Please make sure that the returned items that you ordered it by Hatolna through online shopping are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  3.  In case of damaged product received that you ordered it online by hatolna.com from an online store, you will have to escalate the issue to shipping company first (within 3 days of product receiving that you ordered it online by hatolna.com from online store)   and later on you can let hatolna.com know within the return time frame.

When ‘Returns’ are not possible:

  1.  A product that you ordered it online by hatolna.com from your favorite brand online store is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it. 
  2. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, Beauty products, perfumes/deo, paints, socks and clothing freebies, Grocery & Gourmet, Jewelry (Such as Gold) and Pet Supplies, etc.
  3.  Any consumable item that you ordered it online by hatolna.com through online shopping which has been used or installed.
  4.  Products that you bought it from abroad by hatolna.com with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  5.  Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories that you shopped it online.
  6.  Fragile items, hygiene-related items that you purchased from any online shopping store.
  7.  All Digital products that you ordered it online by hatolna.com from your favorite brand are non-returnable.
  8.  In case, if you are unhappy with the product you have ordered it online from any site, or it doesn't meet your expectations.

Hatolna Refunds policy

Once hatolna.com receives the item that you ordered online through the online shopping from any website, hatolna.com will inspect it and notify you that hatolna.com has received your returned item that you bought it and hatolna.com shipped it from USA to Egypt. Hatolna.com will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item that you purchased online.

If your return is approved, You will receive the credit within 24 to 48 working hours only through the Original Mode of Payment
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  1.  Books or other paper products that you ordered online or purchased it from any online store with obvious signs of use;
  2.  Any item that you bought it from your favorite brand or any online store not in its original condition, which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
