Terms & Conditions

Hatolna makes it possible to you to shop from abroad and ship the products you select to your address. Each item in your order is sold by Hatolna or by the merchant you specify by using Hatolna ("Merchant").


Hatolna is not responsible for any defects in the products you purchase unless those defects were a direct result of international shipping or handling. Hatolna doesn't gaurantee the quality or the suitability of the products you purchase. You're responsible for choosing the correct specifications of the products you purchase.


You can cancel your orders before payment. Once your order is paid, cancelation fees may apply to your order and in some cases, your order may not be canceled if your order has already been processed or shipped.


Your orders will be purchased within 2 business days from the day of payment, we are not responsible for any price difference or out of stock items that may happen in this period.

International Shipping

Your orders will be delivered in 5 - 10 business days after we receive them from the Merchant. In some cases, your order might be delayed and you are not allowed to be eligible for a refund unless your order has been delayed for 10 business days or more.

Customs Clearance

You appoint Hatolna to do customs clearance on your behalf, you agree to provide your national ID or passport in case that we need it in the customs clearance process. Your products might be un-sealed and opened due to customs inspection.

Loss or Damages

Incase any items were lost or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund for the lost/damaged products.


Once your order is cleared from customs, we will ship the orders to you in 2 business days, in the case that you are not able to receive the shipment, we'll store your order for up to 60 days. After that, your order will be abondened and might be disposed of and you will not be eligible for any type of refunds.


You can apply a promotional offer to get a discount off the total price of your order. You can use a maximum of one promotional offer per order. In the case that you use multiple promotional offers, only the maximum of the discounts applied by those promotions will apply to your order.


You are eligible for a refund if you order is delayed for more than 10 business days. Refunds take up to 14 business days to process and appear in your bank account.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Hatolna discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Hatolna' behalf or to provide services available at Hatolna' websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Hatolna' websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Hatolna will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Hatolna discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Hatolna believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Hatolna, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of an Hatolna website and have supplied your email address, Hatolna may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Hatolna and our products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Hatolna takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
